Rooms are available as double, twin or single, the latter incurring a single occupancy charge. There is one room that can be a triple

Earliest check in time is 16.00 and latest check out is by 10.30 unless otherwise agreed. Typically we expect arrival between 16.00 and 18.00 but can be flexible by prior arrangement. If you have any specific requirements please contact us.

A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking. The balance must be paid on the day of departure. Payment can be by cash, cheque, bank transfer and card (card payments can only be taken in person).

No dogs in the bedrooms. Dogs can be accommodated in the utility or
outside kennel.

Cancellation will forfeit the deposit.

Please note we operate a non-smoking policy in all our rooms.       
 
Our Single occupancy charge is £75.
